I have to read this again because I thought I found some of their projections unsupported. But it is the theme itself, apocalyptic writing, which I wrote about last year?  No, I just clipped a backgrounder because probably like now, I was going to use the term completely as a non-denominational issue. It is defined as a Jewish thing on some sites but Christians carried on the style – Revelations – and I think it is the English

OxfordDictionaryy that expands it to cover any dytopian future. I do see so many things that need fixing, it can be depressing. But the Trump election  just took it all out of me. It was such a huge risk no matter what, he is not a politician he is a dictator. Most CEOs or company owners tell people what to do.  That doesn’t work in politics. It is a give and take, corrupt dysfunctional not by design but by the bad people we have as leaders. Tump, by being elected in spite of his lying o er 90% of the time, has set the ethical/moral behavior bar at the bottom and I am noticing people lying more.  He is hurting everybody I know when these changes hit. I read that philosophers job is to ask questions about why we are doing something. I should be clear that I did not major in Philosophy, but political science with an emphasis in political philosophy.  I like the discipline of being consistent and logical in your thinking.  It is hard and not something I want to work on at this time of my life.  In any case, most of these posts and articles carry maybe 60% redundecy or junk. example but it was part of the discovery of information theory.

I never studied anything beyond Marx, Nichche and Harpo. I would like to catch up to see any new thoughts from modern philosophers.  I don’t know about you guys, but has someone done the numbers if China and India consume as much per captia as we do. Where do people or politicians think we will get the energy to keep that up and where to put garbage. I have seen amazing things created in software and we could stop doing what we are doing. And what is this op-ed in NYT saying it’s ok to question dangers of all the seas rising 5 feet as if it was not backed by science.

There is no reason to listen to a politican who is most likely a lawyer than it is a 1,000 scientists.  Most Americans are stupid(a fact, not opinion) and don’t know how to decern fact from fiction.

This is one area my Mom and I really got into it. She starts off by saying she heard some guy, a politican say that global warming climate change is a hoax. I asked, so you believe a politician that thinks CO2 is natural so cannot cause any harm over 1,000 scientists?  To me, denying global warming and increase in extreme weather events because of extremes in the factors like moisture, temperature, total energy…. is like believing the earth is flat.  America has done nothing, comparatively, for almost 40 years.  You cannot make America great being so ignorant!
