As the House advances a 2,232-page spending bill
meant to avert a government shutdown, privacy advocates and big tech
companies aren’t seeing eye to eye about a small piece of legislation
tucked away on page 2,212. That the hell is this bullshit?
It doesn’t take 4 to 5 massive text book to finance business of the government. This is the the pigs lining up at the slop traugh getting their’s. Certainly not ours. There is a myth that it is showing maturity to accept that this is just the way of the world and if you call them out, you are immature and stubborn. Maybe that is true for the young just entering the work world, but I think it is a sign of emotional intelligence to point out facts and contradictory statements. It is immature to act like a kid in the school yard.
Case in point is our agriculture and energy sectors. The conservatives have no issue with proping up these industries against change to new technolog. They are the poster children of corporate welfare. Yet these are the same people that shrug and say to workers that lose their jobs, get sick, can’t go to the doctor, tough shit. That is how capitalism works.
The solution is to help the workers not the companies. It is why other countries have left America in the dust. Not the UK. They are like us. But Europe has better cooperation between captial and people. Workers are on the board of german companies. We have kept the english legal concept of master/servant in our work place and it should have been gone by now.
God I am tired.
Where are the strong, who are the trusted?
