Why we won’t know when machines are intelligent

A dog. A man’s best friend. And women maybe more?  At least in competitions. But it is the unconditional love of dogs compared to fellow humans. We are not a very nice species.  In business,  competitiveness is everywhere and manifests as dishonest, opaque communications that are difficult to understand and are always heavily biased for the company.  There has to be a balance between complete freedom of actions and government control. Germany has employee representation on company boards. Cooperation allows a more balanced distribution of wealth. It is not a race or a game. It is life which

We are very close to getting over this wall of old, greedy, fearful people and companies, which are not people and should not be protected under the constitution’s Bill of Rights. It is a legal entity which has proven time and time again for hundreds of years, that they will come to control government via money for favors. Everyone lies about what contributions do to them. I wonder if all these congress members that are quitting to get their hands on unspent campaign funds which can be quite sizeable if you make it known what it takes to get your vote.  A couple years, and you could live off the interest.  If I were a serious writer I would go double check my understanding of what happens with the contributions since the news doesn’t cover all the bills.

Technology lets you get an email and insert a row i a google spreadsheet every time a bill is passed, signed, introduced and executive orders.

Back to where we are. I think I wrote about this earlier, but the people that  see a better future need to put everything into moving forward by voting for smart, technical experts that understand the challenges we have in front of us.  and that is anybody but republicans. I know the democrats are not much better but they wouldn’t allow polluting of our rivers again. That is about all I like about their politics. The cultural things don’t belong in politics anyways.   I read an article which I will find and update this but machines are already making decisions based on models they create themselves.  So verification becomes impossible.  And who is overseeing your data that is used? And you can bet they will get our DNA to save insurance companies money.  Is that ethical? There are some famous books that can help answer some of this questions we are facing.

Trump should expand the oversight of Wall Street and all entities that have, as their primary goal, maximize shareholder value.  You have to have the entire population considered and that is the government. If we don’t show that we care about peace, justice, quality of life, they will prove Marx correct.
