I reduced my online time and stopped watching TV or Netflix or anything with commercials nor CNN/MSNBC/FOX/PRAVDA. I read a few papers and news feeds. But I have no idea what has been said or done about the Investigation by Mueller into the Russkies role in Trumpsters campaign. 300 page report on an investigation that had 54 indictments and a long list of act of obstructing an investigation and conspiring to hide all the illegal behavior. Then a political hack that supports Trump is put into place to lie and obstruct the law. 4 pages and never reveals what the long investigation found out. What are they hiding from the public’s right to know. There are facts that cannot be disputed because they were witnessed by millions of people in the US. Russia committed a unilateral act of cyberwar with a DDOS attack on the United States command and control capabilities, in an act of cyberwar that can become physical in its results. It is the same thing we did twice in Iraq when we stayed off shore and sent in million dollar cruise missiles into Bagdad to disrupt and destroy their command and control infrastructure.
This happened 6 days before the election. And it was a diversion to the infecting of our power grid controllers and voting machines! This was common knowledge in the security communities around the world. Wired Magazine had a long article covering the same Russian teams attacking the Ukraines power grid disrupting the country over a 2 year period. More on the eerily similar result as in America. Homeland Security testified in front of Congress and the rest of the world. For some inexplicable reason, Fox News did not cover it. For too many people in high decision making positions, this whole Internet, AI, social media is a mystery other than a direct channel into the minds of voters.
The point being that this was a serious matter of National Security that drove the need for the investigation. You cannot dismiss the entire story because of what a political hack tells us. My wag would be congressmen would be put in jail as would a host of others and the rot that has infected this country would be exposed. Then again, with major media companies no longer interested in anything other than ratings and profits from ads, it will remain difficult to focus on any of the really BIG Rocks that are blocking America from growing up to be the leader the world needs. It is a cliche now to quote the Chinnese curse “may you live in interesting times”. We said that at the Y2K frenzy but it has only intensified and now the executives are chasing the technology to get a competitive edge over others. There is no time to review principles or even complete testing of sunny day scenarios before powerful programs are introduced to the world in some cases. I worked most technical positions in IT over my last 25 years, as a business owner and small business Microsoft Solutions Provider as well as a software product developer and network architect in the largest IT group in the US. Not a scientific study but that would only reveal the past given the speed that is driving the development and release of ubiquitous programs. The Internet is not just used by kids and adults for playing games or connecting with friends or running the massive porn business. It carries telephone calls, business transactions, critical information services and any new appliance or old baby monitor, security cameras… on and on. There are some critical components that are vunerable to the denial of service attack that overloads a server with requests causing delays and outages for millions. A distibuted DOS is using thousands of infected devices that only have to be able to send a simple IP service packet. 6 days before voting day this happened and it seemed logical to assume it was not the real target. Computer voting machines were infected with malware as was Americas energy command and control systems. DHS did not mention what these accomplished but most countries would have had to validate the results of the votes and remove the code that can cause a power plant to burn or destroy itself.
How Trump can call this a hoax as he meets with the perp which looked to me like a desperate move and strategy worked out between a handler and agent. I studied political science in school and international relations in grad school so maybe that has made me more accepting of governments lying to their country to “protect them” or get them to go to war. WWII, Vietnam, Iraq, Kennedy, King, Kennedy. My mom was a wonder person but she could not accept people could be that bad so it was nonsense. My parents generation experiences were very different from mine. I quit the Republican party when Voodoo economics and Newt Gingrich changed the direction of Democracy in this country. It was one of my better decisions in life. But now family friends and FB can’t stand each other. Democrats and liberal progressives acknowledge the exploitation of workers, blacks, young, and the massive shift to the right over the last decade or two. Conservatives quote 50 year old cliches as current facts. Few with the sense to research a topic. The funny thing is I find service workers and tradesmen and women are more aware of reality than the college educated that never learned. They think they should know so they accept Fox News as the truth. Ignore any facts as lies by Democrats. The most effective technique is to take a situation against a Republican and just say it’s the Democrats. Or try yelling in the face of a liberal because they are pussies and hate guns. Disclosure, I was raised hunting and have owned guns since a young man. A short, medium and long range. I went to schools that were places that fights broke out every day in school or outside after. I have worked with good old boys from Ky and TN. Traveled around the world when terrorists were blowing up bombs at Herrods in London or shouting passengers in the Austria Airport. Global Warming. I do not know how so many fools can make a living. The motivation for the dirty energy companies to obfuscate the facts of what we are doing to the atmosphere vs thousands of scientists making up things to get funding research are not equally effective or powerful. We have very good examples of the behavior driven by Corporate culture. Johnson&Johnson manipulated studies to hide risk of talcum causing cancer. Baby Powder!! What fucking low life. If I had the personality for winning office I would rip so many people apart and destroy them for things that served self not societies.
I was shown a world filled with brown skies and winds that carried the land away. man made structures were empty and the smoke from fires filled the air with sun blocking particles and it was very cold. Humans had retreated into tribes of us and fought them all over the globe. All the modern methods for uniting people had failed. Religion had been unable to gain acceptance after the pediphile priests showed the world that they certainly couldn’t believe in Hell for sinners and from that the truth about the real purpose of the Christian myth was exposed. Islam fundamentalism hyjacted their religion to stop progress. Science had given man the ability to manipulate life and mater so God was not real either. Money was used to measure the good or bad in every single decision in societies. The people came to fear all superiors and assumed the role of servant to the Corporate Royalty. The myth that only the rich could create jobs for the masses was accepted as correct by the economists despite the world did not work the way it did when that assumption was more reasonable. Corporations spent profits on politics. Accumulating power unopposed.

And so these snarling, furious conservatives react as a boy in the early teens with no control over their thoughts or emotions so our leaders act like immature kids showing the rest of the world how pitiful they are. These are our worst examples of how to live and behave in a society. And the one thing that could stop this slide into chaos, is never mentioned. All three branches are in harmony with continuing to empower and enrich Corporations and their senior management. These companies reinvest our handouts into bribing politicians all over the country in State and local positions. The American people seem to think this is the same-ole’ thing. Anybody that complains about politics, either side, should go contribute to MoveToAmend, a group dedicated to reversing the Roberts Court US vs Citizens United that opened the floodgates of money spent to get some one elected. It was the end of democracy that was holding on by a thread.
A time will come when inaction now will seal all of our fates to a living hell.
