This is a symptom of corporate culture today. I believe only one senior officer left the company due to ethical issues. Of course, nothing like this was said but it was after AT&T went into Mexico and their culture is deeply ingrained in bribes and paying people for regular business services. This payment is and was plainly unethical and a policy of do the “right” thing is a joke. Heads should role. But they won’t. Unfortunately, corporations have the upper hand and if you want to stand your ground, you have to be willing to leave. I did before planned and glad I did. AT&T confirms it paid Michael Cohen
