Happy Thanksgiving and get out of my way so I can buy that $400 gadget that I really don’t need! Isn’t ironic the biggest day of indulgence in getting more is the day after we are suppose to be giving thanks for what we have?
Those deals are just soooo tempting! I am making a conscious effort to NOT spend any money on Friday. In fact I think I am going to boycott the entire commercial aspects of the holidays if I can. It won’t be easy. Unfortunately I like to watch college sports and the commercials are unrelenting. I think they average 30 per hour. And I do like outdoor gear and the Apple products. I also have 3 sons that deserve something for Christmas.
So I will pray to my higher power to help me deal with this season of excess. How about you?
