This is so sad. It will be 26 years between updates of the EPA rules for reporting beach health hazards to the public. Meanwhile people suffer and risk their health. Talk about a government function that is not working for its people. In the meantime, lets bail out the companies and their directors from suffering the cost of their bad policies and greed. A governemtn by the rich and for the rich.
