All these pundants who think that we can have a breakthrough like the smartphone/telephone/camera/computer/GPS/navigation, grocerylist?? I can tell you the last vehicle I had was a Chevy pickup with manual locks and roll-down windows. How many remember those? That was 2005. I just got a new GTI w all the options, performance, driver assist… My truck is good for another 50k at least. But technology is not driving the car buying cycle. Not all of these things we like and every company has their own. But as an older guy with a bad right eye, it is nice ot have blind spot and front assist and auto-braking.
Apple is a different company. It is not a worse company.
