You should use a password manager to allow complex passwords and different ones. I have used 1Password for 3 or 4 years and there were a few problems that I was looking for something better and everyone was raving about DashLane. Lame Name.
Anyways, it started working OK but the is an IOS version, android version, a Mac desktop version and I assume a windows version and a version on the Web. The desktop version never worked so I asked how to uninstall and they have nothing telling you that. I went on twitter and complained and immediately got a response. The other problem is that you can download it from the App store or from LameNames web site. but if you want to download it from the Web Store again, good luck. It won’t let you. It is a free app? What is their problem? I tried renaming their app some obscene name but it figured that out to. So once I got my old 1Password working again I deleted DashLane.
But if something happened and Apple is having issues on almost all their products but mostly around OS X El Capitan. I’ve haven’t seen so many issues on their support site ever. Its like Windows use to be.
It is very disappointing. I thought they would pull through.
Update and apology to DashLane( not on the name) but their support people provided all the information and help to allow me to get it working properly! Great support.
