Action at a distance forces are Gravity, electrical and magnetic. It seems to me that the observed problem of stars orbiting a galaxy and light lensing plus the inflation of universe could be explained by a incomplete understanding of gravity rather than the existence of dark matter and dark energy. Or we could be misunderstanding space itself.
